Amazing hostel to stay at if you’re looking for a clean, yet easy on the pocket trip to Tromsø. The place is tidy and clean and all the facilities such as a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc. make this a great choice. The staff comes in around cleaning hours everyday and are really helpful for any questions. Right in the city centre and close to multiple bus stops, this place is a great go-to for a stay in Tromsø.
As an advice: I would strongly recommend people to see the pictures that the hostel has put up and read the details on what the hostel does not provide, or provides for an extra cost (such as towels) to avoid any disappointment or frustration. They have laid out the rules and services in detail on the booking platforms.

Update from Feb 26th
You see that the company posts my full name as a mean of defense and revenge? Well I think you should avoid this place even more as they disrespect privacy in a nonchalant way.
Update No2: At least now they changed the Name to my Google username and deleted my full name from their response.

I have booked the place on booking.com
When visiting I found out, this place surely did not match my expectations and I opted for an other place in Tromso.
Refund was not given (but yeah, that's what I booked).

Yeah oc Tromso is expensive and this place is cheap in comparison, but nonetheless it was (by my personal experience) rather trashy.

Avoid.
Do Tromso right and spend a higher amount and get an actually decent accommodation.

Amazing hostel. Really good price, especially for norway. Has all the essentials including a free washing machine and dryer. The two volunteers were very kind and helpful.

The location is perfect, being in the centre of the city, and only a 6 minute walk from the bus and ferry station.

Small hostel with very generous prices in the centre of Tromsø. The room (1) I was in was clean and dark. The plugs were in the right place even for the top bunk bed.

There's no reception but the owner responds very quickly by messages and she was also very helpful and friendly when she was there.

Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a central affordable place to stay.

Una delle poche case disponibili a prezzi accessibili: oltre 200 euro per due notti. Gli appartamenti divisi in tre aree, due stanze per appartamento con bagno e cucina-salotto in comune. La dimensione della stanza era inaccettabile per due persone: meno di 8 m2, davvero soffocante. La cucina ammetto essere stata accessoriata con microonde, forno, fornelli, bollitore e posate e stoviglie varie. Mi sembra strano che non forniscano degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola decenti. Ad ogni modo non siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Good location but very basic and uncomfortable
The location was very handy for the downtown area.
However the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Mattresses were thin and pillows were lumpy and thin. Plugs were in a weird place and it didn't look like the upper bunks had easy access to them. There wasn't much space in the rooms. The layout of the building is strange. You have to go through the kitchen and living area to go between the rooms and bathroom.

Great value. Comfortable beds. Room was small but the sitting area and kitchen made up for it. Could cook meals and catch up in laundry. Very steep stairs up to our room which might be problematic. Location close to all amenities. Would stay again

Its hard to find an apartment at these prices in Norway, let alone such a clean, quiet and cozy apartment in a prime location.
I booked a dorm but was upgraded to a single room and I am extemely thankful. Not sure why some people are complaining but I loved it and I would have loved it even without the upgrade. Nothing but love for Coco Apartments and the beautiful town of Tromso. Hoping to be back someday soon <3 Picture Info below: I've posted pictures of the entrance from the outside, once you enter and walk past a second white door door, you see a third blue door that you can see in the pic, and as you climb up from here, you are welcome to a wonderful fully equipped kitchen and a cozy common room, a shared bathroom for 2 single rooms and a beautiful bedroom with a large cupboard and comfy bed. p.s: I bought some snacks for everyone before I left because I just loved the place and the city so much and wanted to give back even if it wasn't much 🙂
