The three of us rented a two room apartment for a few days. The location is perfect and the views from the top floor apartment are great. The furnishings are basic but adequate, and a few missing things (some kitchen tools) quickly supplied by the friendly receptionist. The only issue we had that wasn't resolved was an unpleasant odor throughout the apartment. Hopefully this was an incident and will be resolved in the future.

Absolutely no ***facility. Corridors dirty, poorly equipped apartment with outdated furniture, dirty oven, fan in bathroom very dirty. Prices are extensive for what is being offered. Wifi is fine.
I booked via Skansen hotel website assuming that I would stay in an apartment located in that hotel including breakfast. Upon arrival in Tromso it became clear that our apartment was two blocks away and no breakfast being offered

It was my first time visiting Norway and the Sami camp/Reindeer experience (feeding and sledding) were a great way to start our first day in Tromsø. Ken was a great guide and had a sense of humor to keep the group interested and engaged. We really enjoyed the Sami lunch that was prepared along with the stories and history of their ancestors. This was a quintessential Christmas/winter excursion and I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to experience it!

We were sent to these apartments through Tromso tourist office. You check in at the Hotel Skansen which is just down the road. We were given our apartment and walked up to the block. Our apartment was on the top floor which was a bit of a killer with heavy luggage as there is no lift. The apartment was spotless with a separate bedroom with twin beds and a wet room. ||Wonderful views from the room. Only a few gripes, the lack of plug sockets and absence of a microwave and kettle. Luckily we had brought a travel kettle. All in all I would recommend this Hotel.

Teníamos una reserva del 18 al 24 de Marzo del 2020. Son unos estafadores, se niegan a devolver el dinero de una estancia que no pudimos realizar por la confinación en España y la cuarentena impuesta en Noruega.
Hemos recibido la devolución el 11 de junio de 2020.

Nothing to write home about. No TV in my apartment, slow internet, lacking basic kitchenware, cheap beds etc. etc.
