Au mois de mars, un endroit extraordinaire sous la neige. La correspondance avec le propriétaire se fait par mail. Personne sur place (Sauf la visite quotidienne de la femme de ménage) Rien de gênant, vos codes d’accès vous seront communiqués avant votre venue. Quatre chambres à l’étage dans cette magnifique demeure. 2 salles de bain communes mais nous avons été seuls 1 soir sur les trois nuits passées ici. Stationnement le long de la bâtisse. Cuisine ultra équipée dans laquelle il ne manque rien. Wifi, confort cossu des deux salons. Un séjour mémorable. Un restaurant de qualité (Tenu par un français) est juste à côté ! 10 mètres à faire ! Le village de Reine est à 5mn en voiture. De préférence pour le côté romantique de la vue, optez pour la grande chambre à l’étage donnant sur le pont. Si les aurores boréales sont au rendez-vous, c’est plutôt une chambre côté nord qu’il faut privilégier. Mais comme on peut pas les prévoir très à l’avance..

Magnifique maison, très grande et chaleureuse. Une vue à 360° qui est à couper le souffle. Une place de parking. Équipée de partout. La literie est très bonne. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wonderful old style house. Immaculate inside, and it feels like being at home! Bedrooms were warm and cosy, and the sitting rooms were full of character, with lovley views over the harbour. The kitchen is well laid out and easy to cook in. Fantastic restaurant right next door for local fish dishes. The owner was also extremely helpful and accommodated us when we got mixed up with our dates! For a couple of days on the western end of the Lofoten, you cannot ask for a better place.

We are so amazed by the house and how well-equipped it is. We had an improvement suggestion about hairdryer, but then we found 2 in the drawer ? We particularly liked the history of the house, and how Robin, the 5.th generation owner, displayed the house’s fascinating history through authentic old artifacts.||You have access to a large kitchen with all necessary equipments (fridge, toaster, coffeemaker etc), living rooms (one with television and fishing boat ores hanging from the ceiling ?), washing machine and tumble dryer etc. ||A really nice place - highly recommended!

This is the kind of place you want to keep a secret, to continue enjoying it all by yourself, but I would not have found it if not for the previous reviewers so…

The 2 level house is located a couple minute walk from the bus stop, in one of the most scenic spots, so very easy to come & go with public transport (even with not so many buses). The gorgeous house is filled with history, has large windows everywhere, a deck and garden to sit out if the weather allows it, a dining / TV room downstairs and another large living room upstairs, a large kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared toilets so there is never any wait time.

Each room is unique, I had the single bed room and loved it. Robin was alway available if I had any questions (even strange ones 🙂 and Anna took great care of the house. Thank you by the way for your advice about lying down at back of ferry!

The common spaces are shared so one’s experience will also depend on the “right” mix. I can only recommend being considerate and not monopolizing any spot if the house is full.

The weather was pretty rough while I was visiting but I loved every single minute of it thanks to Robin’s cozy home. Thank you again!

Drukke plaats. Het huis en de kamer is modern en volledig in orde. Gedeeld sanitair eveneens modern en in orde. De gastheer was er niet maar ik werd welkom geheten middels een post-it aan de slaapkamerdeur
