We stayed here for 5 nights with my family. We were welcomed by Elio, who handled our check-in promptly and warmly. He provided us with all the necessary information.

The hotel has been completely renovated, so everything is new and very clean. At the bar, we were served by Thea, who was not only friendly but also gave us some great tips about the city of Oslo.

The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with high-quality products. I also used the fitness center, which, although small, was well-equipped. The hotel's location is central, making everything easily accessible within walking distance.

I am very happy to have chosen this green hotel, which pays attention to its environmental impact and works to reduce excessive plastic consumption. Keep up the great work!

Very modern and clean hotel. We had a room with a balcony on the 7th floor which was absolutely perfect. Above all other amenities, the location is definitely the most amazing. It's perfectly situated for visiting Oslo on foot!

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, soundproof, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a modern steam iron, and ironing board. One room had a balcony; the others had large windows. Coffee makers with daily-refreshed capsules and infusions were a nice touch, and extras were easily requested via the app. I appreciated the hotel’s sustainability efforts. Bathrooms were a good size with quality toiletries and large safes. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, including a gluten-free corner. Staff were kind and helpful—special thanks to Lilo at reception! Housekeeping was impeccable. Excellent value for a 4-star hotel—5/5!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with all roads leading to it. It's a new hotel and beautiful in every way. It's clean and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly. Eda assists us throughout the hotel with her cheerful smile.

Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni in questo hotel. Ambiente raffinato, camere spaziose ed insonorizzate, letti confortevoli. Nella fornitura della stanza sono presenti l'asse da stiro ed il ferro per stirare. Minibar perfettamente funzionante, ampie finestre, coffee maker e bollitore a disposizione con selezione di capsule ed infusi che vengono quotidianamente rimpiazzate. Bagno grande con set di cortesia completo, una cassaforte grande per laptop extra large. Sala colazioni raccolta con grande varietà di cibi caldi e freddi dolci e salati, selezione di pani, frutta e verdure, salmone grigliato ( squisito) e salmone affumicato, porridge, salsicce e bacon, uova con varie tempistiche di cottura. Dolci e confetture assortiti, con attenzione anche alle intolleranze ( è presente un angolo gluten free). |Personale della reception gentilissimo e con attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Personale delle pulizie davvero impeccabili, cortesi e attente.

The location is just perfect and the staff is super helpful and kind. Check in and check out we're easy. The beds are super comfy, the shower is great and the room is adequate for family holidays. Facilities offered in the room are a nice asset, as Nespresso capsules, body lotion and toiletries. Sparkling and still water are offered in the reception, together with candies and we love that! They don't have AC but a ventilation system works inside the rooms.

Eigentlich wollten wir nur relativ preiswert und zentral während unserer Kurzreise (3 Tage) nach Oslo wohnen.|Nachdem wir bereits in einem anderen RR in Berlin waren, waren unsere Erwartungen nicht allzu groß.|Aber weit gefehlt. Dieses RR ist wirklich ein heißer Tipp. Relativ große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, großes Bett, ein Bad das anspricht und groß für diese Hotelkategorie ist (ich vergleiche hier mit Motel one), nettes Personal, sauber, ruhig trotz Innenstadt, kurze Anbindung zu den Häfen, umfangreiches Frühstück...|Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und sehr zufrieden. Eine Vorzeige- adresse für Radisson Red 👍👍

The hotel has been recently renovated, position is top very close to the city centre, room size is very small but they are cozy and with all comforts, breakfast was good. The service was terrible. From the arrival with lack of information, we waited more than half an hour for a heater, they don’t answer at the phone and no possibility to contact them on WhatsApp ( as they say ) so we had to go down to ask for it and at the check out we have been waiting for more then ten minutes at the reception and then suddenly a lady came from the restaurant with an empty dish with some food without even apologizing for the wait. I don’t expect such service for a 4 star hotel.
