We stayed one night on our way from west to east.|This is typical oldfashioned mountain accomodation and the building is old. The common areas and the dining room were nice and cozy. |We had a room with a privat bathroom, and everything was clean. The room had been renovated at some point, but windows were old and the room never got warm, even if we turned the heat on max. Beds were nice and very comfortable. |The bathroom sorely needed an update, but shower worked nicely. The toilet was constantly running, and next morning the plumbing started leaking water.|I see from other reviews that not everyone has been pleased with dinner, but our dinner was very good. Breakfast was very basic though.

Ubytování bylo moc příjemné a útulné - takové hygge 🙂 Lokalita krásná - uprostřed hor a blízko krásné cesty Sognefjellsvegen. Přesto že je ubytování v odlehlé oblasti, vůbec nám to nevadilo, protože jsme využili možnost polopenze. Večeře byla výborná a byli jsme mile překvapeni 3 chody. Prostředí v chatě bylo moc útulné a autentické. Majitel si s námi povídal a personál byl také moc milý.
Jen nás mrzelo, že jsme zůstali jen 1 noc (kvůli omezeným možnostem). Příště určitě přijedeme na více dní a vyrazíme i na nějaké túry v okolí.

Turisthytte 1267 moh. som ligger idyllisk til ved Sognefjellsvegen. Her finner du et titalls 2000-meters topper og en natur som tar pusten fra deg. Stoppet her for å nyte en god middag. Særdeles hyggelig betjening som yter enestående service. Fristet med overnatting, men det blir neste gang.

Kom til 3retters middag som smakte kjempebra. Han som eig plassen tilbydde seg og kjøre oss til bilen vår morgonen etter som var helt utruligt snillt gjort! Kjekke folk😊

Visited in July with my sister as we decided to 'treat' ourselves after sleeping in a tent for a few days. Thus, we booked one night in the dormitory Annekset.

As some have written the downstairs bathroom was terrible (worst we saw/smelled during 2 weeks of camping) but the main issue and what really shocked me was the heating, or lack thereof. My sister eventually managed to turn the radiator on but since it had been off all day it was colder inside than outside, approx 5 degrees. We tried to sleep (fully clothed, in our sleeping bags, under the provided duvet) but it was terrible...I've never experienced anything like this it actually felt inhumane.

I went down to ask for help from the receptionist but she told me she couldn't come and help us because she was the only one working (I found this odd as there were no other customers waiting) and said that “her room also gets a bit cold". I went back to the room, gobsmacked, and tried to go to sleep. I could hear my little sister rubbing her feet together to keep warm and eventually I lost it making my way down again to ask for another room. By that time it was probably around 23:00 and the main building was locked.

Please if you come through here do not book Annekset. Yes the price is very cheap and were it not for the heating we would have been happy with it. But this was awful and the worst night of our trip. Take your money elsewhere.

We only stopped for a break to have coffee and desserts. The host is very friendly and helpful. The cafe area is so quaint, charming and warm, love the decor!
