It was cheap...
The bed was actually comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was amazing. That in itself was worth coming there.
Oh boy...
If your used to russian level of hotel standard your in for a threat.
If you are used to western level of standards... well lower your expectations.
No, lower.
A little bit lower than that.
There you are.
The fully carpeted room is worn down. The window is leaking in cold air.
The bathroom was....well....moisture damaged. The toilet was so close to the wall you had to keep your leg against the moisture damaged wall.
The shower drain didn't collect the water that always ended up outside the shower. So the whole floor in the bathroom was filled with water.

One of the best places we've stayed so far. The room (double superior) was new and spotless. We've just been to a 5* and it was not as clean.
There's a little garden outside where we cooked and ate.
The fishermen village is quaint and lovely, extremely quiet with peaceful vistas over the fjords. I really felt transported to a magical place outside of time.
The position is also conveniently after/before the Nordkapp tunnel, which shaves some time off the trip, especially when there are works and long queues.

The services are basic with rooms with direct access to the parking, no trift motel style,
*be mindful that there's an extra charge for linens*.

The owner is friendly but could use a bit more communication. I would have loved a crab dinner but did not know that was an option (maybe it wasn't, call in advance maybe if you want it). I also didn't understand whether it would be better to communicate in English or Scandinavian.

Absolutely recommended

Simple overnight stay. Check in without any problems, pretty simple but OK fish soup. Room was clean, water warm, portable heater prepared. You need to pay for bed linens separately or bring your own. For the price is a really good deal, especially with comparison with other paid-options on the way to Nordkapp.

Excellent place for travellers, for campers too, because they have all the services needed to keep your camper ready for next trip. The views are good too, there’s less windy places behind the house, if it’s blowing too much

This was one of the loveliest surprises of our trip in Scandinavia!! We didn't expect to meet another fellow Greek at this remote place, but there was Marina!!! She and the owner are taking good care of the place. Clean rooms and very good service!! Thank you both for everything!!
Much love,
Maria & Chryssa

Room needs attention and renovation, sounds from other rooms are very audible. The entire rooms sways when someone walks past outside on the walkway. Moldy smell in the bathroom and the the toilet is squashed against the bathroom wall.
The one Greek lady who represents the staff was friendly.

This is a nice, small and peaceful camping on the way to Nordkapp. Friendly service. Beautiful place! I stayed here with tent for 2 nights in July 2015. Bathroom is warm and clean. Shower works with 1 kr coin. Here is no restaurant, but you can buy coffee. Drinking water need to boil. No wifi! To Nordkapp is 85 km drive which is ok. The weather was mostly cloudy plus some wind. In Nordkapp the weather was more rainy. Closest good food market is in Honningsvåg.||||P.s. My navigator (tomtom) pointed this camping place wrongly.||||Links||- http://repvog.no/ ||- https://www.norwegen-reise.com/en/norway/repvag-camping-og-kafe.305.1.html ||- http://www.repvag.fi/ (good page with photos, in Finnish)

Spent two night there while exploring northern Norway. We got budget room, which was very reasonably priced, 125 euros together. Room was clean, you got your own shower and toilet.||||Place looks good, even great. It's like fishermen village, red buildings standing partly on poles. It's presumably russian run thing, they are advertising "russian fishing in Norway".||||Service is something quite mysterious here. There is or there is not people in the reception. You can get food from restaurant by finding (ring the bell!) the receptionist who then brings you the menus. Food was quite fine tough. But you can't never know when you are going to get service. They were nice, friendly and helpful though, and spoke good english.||||It was pity that the free wifi they advertised did not reach our room, it basically works just around lobby.
