This was a delightful tour! We traveled all around Tromsø and experienced its beautiful fjords! Our wonderful, energetic guide, Carlas was very knowledgeable in explaining the history and beauty the fjords. Carl, are driver is a native of Tromsø, so he also offered a lot of information of the surrounding areas. We enjoyed this very much and would highly recommend it.

Small can tour to fjords around Tromsø for 5 hours. Carlas was our guide and provided a wonderful geology lesson as we drove. Go for it

We were very lucky to have the opportunity to see the aurora with Best Arctic on February 14th.

Pros:

The sales consultant at Radisson Blu was extremely helpful and patiently provided detailed explanations.
Our tour guides, Margo and Rabi, were fantastic. They shared valuable information throughout the tour and took photos.
The hot soup and snacks were a nice touch.
They took us to the Sommarøy region, and the scenery we witnessed there was simply breathtaking.

Cons:

The quality of the free photos is very low, not good enough to be posted even on Instagram.
The price of the high-quality photos is quite high.

I want to give a very honest review. I did 2 activities and this company saved my trip!!.
1st the husky ride/dog sledding was amazing. Honestly the views along the drive, the dogs the rides, the staff 10/10.
Then the Northern Lights, our guides and driver searched and stopped to find the best spot. We saw the light. They saved my trip i was able to have a good experience when other companies failed my booking they booked my last minute. So thank you Ana and the driver.

We were lucky to have Mattia as our guide. He is an extremely knowledgeable person, as well as friendly and accommodating.

We weren’t as lucky with the weather, but that’s something beyond anyone’s control—nature takes its course, and thankfully, we don’t have control over it. Only the cameras managed to capture the Northern Lights; we couldn’t see them with the naked eye.

Despite that, we still enjoyed the experience. We traveled in a comfortable minibus, and the driver was kind. Although he drove a bit over the speed limit at times, he seemed cautious and safe overall.

The only downside was that we ended up at the same spot as two other minibuses and a large bus. I understand that this was because the only clear patch of sky was in that area, so naturally, everyone gathered there. Unfortunately, the location was a bit too small for so many people.

Pretty poor all and all , went on the northern lights experience which was rubbish to be honest.
Our host kept going on and on about her life and travel experiences in Poland, which was capped off by a lovely 3 hour stop, spent at a toilet rest stop at the side of the main road surrounded by high mountain rangers..... NO way we're we going to see any Aurora action in this road side ditch ....A really rubbish experience for the price, I have added some amazing pictures of the nice bathrooms at the road side stop though which I will give a 5 star rating to for cleanliness and amenities.

Please ensure you ask your Best Arctic tour guild to point out this true hidden treasure of road side convenience... The humble roadside toilet. *honorable mention to the information board.

uma das melhores experiências da vida. Escolhemos o “minibus” e não podíamos ter feito melhor escolha. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e demos muita sorte com os guias Kinda e Andreas! eles são espetaculares. fizeram de tudo para encontrarem os melhores lugares para vermos a Aurora. Conseguimos ver em 3 momentos diferentes e foi surreal! recomendo! Nos serviram comida e bebidas quentes. Além de tudo fizeram fotos incríveis! O mini ônibus é muito confortável!

One of the best experiences of my life. We chose the “minibus” and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We were very well received and we were very lucky with the guides Kinda and Andreas! They are spectacular. They did everything they could to find the best places for us to see the Aurora. We managed to see it at 3 different times and it was surreal! I recommend it! They served us food and hot drinks. On top of that, they took incredible photos! The minibus is very comfortable!

Wunderschönes Abenteuer mit allem was das Herz begehrt!
Wir buchten für gestern über Best Arctic eine Husky Tour und landeten bei "Tromsø Husky" in Breivikeidet.
Nach vorgängiger Rücksprache reisten wir selbständig mit dem Auto statt mit dem Bus an. Der Kontakt erfolgte dabei sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Angekommen wurde uns bereits frischer Kaffee serviert währenddem wir auf die anderen Teilnehmer warteten.
Es folgte eine Instruktion in der Wärme mit zwei grossen Plüschhunden und einer fantastischen und begeisterten Instruktorin!
Die Erklärungen wurden nicht unnötig in die Länge gezogen, damit wir bald einmal starten konnten. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit gut informiert und sicher. Wir wurden in diverse Gruppen aufgeteilt, wobei jede Gruppe einen Guide erhielt, der vorausfuhr und zwischendurch immer wieder nach dem Rechten schaute.
Es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Wir merkten, wie gut die Hunde auf die Guides reagierten und sich bei ihnen wohl fühlten.
Während der Tour gab es 2 Stopps, bei welchen die Guides uns halfen, die Plätze zu tauschen.
Wir durften bei Abschluss auch bei der Rückführung der Hunde helfen und es gab genügend Zeit, mit seinem Team zu kuscheln.
Im Anschluss an die Tour wurden uns eine warme Suppe, Brot und diverse Heissgetränke im warmen Stübli serviert.
Grosses Kompliment an das ganze Team für dieses gelungene und mit Liebe gestaltete Angebot.
