Gode hytter, sentralt til skibakken, løyper og god servering på fjellparkstua. Trekker for at man må ta med seg fyringsved selv(burde opplyses på forhånd), mangler enkle ting på kjøkkenet som sil til pasta etc, saks mangler som er praktisk med kun 1 kjøkkenkniv i skuffen. Kun 2 tilgjengelige glass til vin er for snaut ved eventuell besøk. Brødrister og Wi-Fi burde også være tilgjengelig

Fantastisk hytte felt med skitrekket å alpint løyper rett utenfor døra. Kan virkelig anbefales. Hun som driver stedet er også uroelig hyggelig og behjelpelig.

This was our first visit to Aurdal Fjellpark which is situated in the region of Valdres, approx. 180km north of Oslo. We travelled by car which took approx. 2hrs 45min. In winter, whether you prefer cross-country or slalom, all accommodations offer ski-in/ski-out. In the other seasons, the area is perfect for hiking. This beautiful mountain retreat consistes of cabins and apartments, all kept in a traditional Norwegian style and built with notched logs, an old Norwegian custom. Quality is consistent through and through. Owner Marit and assistant Erika go the extra mile every day to make sure their guests are comfortable and that their needs are met. This twosome is one reason why guests return again and again! In Fjellstua where the reception is located, drinks and light meals are served. The meals are all delicious, home-made and served with a smile. Their signature snack is cinnamon rolls which are to die for! Closing time is 18:00 but due to the always excellent service and the staff's ability to make everyone feel at home, most guests would prefer to stay longer. And now and then the staff have been known to grant an extension. Aurdal Fjellpark appealed to our heart and soul and there's no question about it: we will be back!

Alltid like koselig å stikke innom, hyggelig betjening og god servering!|Du møtes av lukten av nystekt gjærbakst og fyr på peisen. Betjeningen er upåklagelig. De har også en veldig fin uteservering med gode solforhold!. Alle blir tatt like godt i mot, både to og firbeinte!.

Vi tilbragte fem flotte dager på Aurdal fjellpark, etter sterk anbefaling fra venner. Fra første kontakt på telefon, til siste da vi forlot stedet etter utsjekkling, har vi vært utrolig imponert over fantastisk service, vennlighet og entusiastisk innstilling fra alle som jobber der.||||Hyttene i seg selv er supre, de er pene og ordentlige, sengene har svært gode madrasser, kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt og det er til og med badstu også i de små hyttene. I resepsjonsbygget får du følelsen av en skikkelig lodge - stor nydelgi peis, mange hyggelige bord som er fulle av skiløpere fra tidlig lunsj til sen kveld. ||||Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Intet mer å si. Perfekt med ski-in og ski-out til alpinbakkene, og et hav av løyper å ta av når du vil gå langrenn. Aurdal fjellpark ligger helt på toppen og har følgelig en utsikt som er helt superb på en godværsdag. Den norske fjellheimen ligger ved dine føtter. Det er bare å nyte.

We were here for some days with the whole family during winter break and had such a wonderful time we were actually a bit grumpy when we had to pack the car to drive back home...||||Aurdal Fjellpark caters to the Norwegian hyttedrøm - the dream of a cabin in the mountains. Aurdal Fjellpark have several self-contained cabins, all amenities, comfortable and of high standard. You can also rent apartments in larger cabin structures - just as spacious and comfortable. The cabins and apartments are located around the reception cabin that is also the Fjellstue (mountain saloon). They offer all you would want in lunch and afterski, and has a nice and cozy atmosphere, a fireplace, and legendary cinnamon buns. Some afternoons they even have live music.||The cabin (type E) features two bedrooms (sleeps 6), a spacious living room with a fire place, and adjoining kitchenette. After a day in the slopes, there is nothing better than a nice shower and sauna before getting the fireplace going and maybe enjoying a glass. ||The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and accomodating, and make you feel right at home.||||The Aurdal/Valdres mountain area represents a beatiful piece of Norway, with a view to the impressive Jotunheimen mountain range in the distance (home to the giant Jotuns of Norse mythology). The area around Aurdal Fjellpark is rich in tops and slopes, and the nature is stunningly beautiful.||Aurdal Fjellpark offers ski-in-and-out, both cross country and alpine. There are more than 130 kilometers of beautiful, regularly prepped cross country ski tracks. Right next to the cabin complex lies some great alpine slopes (Valdres Alpinanlegg Aurdal has 10 slopes), that are also virtually ski-out.||||Many people bring their dogs too, so if this is a problem with you (allergies i.e.) check with the reception in advance.||||They have a website at http://www.aurdal-fjellpark.no/

The best Place to have your vacation in beautiful Valdres. At about 1000 m you can have good drinks, good food beside fantastic view and good skiing both downhill and cross country. You also have walking distance to Danebu hotel.

I don't want to write a review because i want to keep this gem hidden for the rest of the world and have it all to myself... But that would be unfair to Erika and Marit. ||What can I say... They touched my soul. Never have i ever been welcomed like they did! And that stayed like this the entire week we've spent there. They were so helpful and gave us tips where to go hike with the kids, which museum to visit,... ||With true sadness we left for our next stop and only after 1 day, i want to go back. And we will! Next time! ||The apartment was basic but had all the comfort needed. Everything was also very clean! ||Aurdal Fjellpark is located at 1050m,a bit hidden in the mountains but with a wonderful view. So if you don't mind taking the car, it's perfect! Tgere are also lovely walks starting from the Fjellpark and magnificent views up Utsikten where you can see up to Hemsedal and Jotunheimen. ||Erika and Marit, thank you so much for your kindness and keep up the good work!
