This lodge is just a dream. The location is brilliant, the hosts are so friendly and have always an open ear for their guests. Svein, the boss, takes great care of his guests. The food ist great because it is from the region and you can immerse ypurself in the world of Norway. All excursions were well organized. The rooms, like the entire lodge are lovingly furnished. And having all the guests eat together at the same table in the evening is a really brilliant idea. We will never forget these days and will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing place! Rooms are clean an cozy, hosts are very friendly, island is extremely beautiful. View from the lodge is breathtaking.

The best hotelexperience I ever had: The hotel, the hosts, the surroundings.. I will surely return!!! The hosts really made us feel at home. The food, which is Nort-Norwegian costumary food, made of mostly local ingredients was fantastisc. The SPA experience one of the best I ever had. We altso went hiking around the northern part of the island, with paths and wievs that really gives you energy. I really recommend this place! Altså the trip from Tromsø with 3 ferrytrips and fantastic wievs of the Lyngenalps can really be recommended.

We went here for three nights. And it was amazing. It’s far away from mass tourism, very personal, warm and comfy.
Svein and Aud took really care of us and gave us insights of living in Norway as well as showing us the most beautiful places in the area.
Thank you very much for everything! We will come back for sure!

Beyond our expectations. Didn't know what to expect being way north if the arctic circle. Found luxury, nature, warm hospitality and spectacular scenery all around us. The picture of the dining room only gives you a glimpse of the amazingly, beautiful scenery as you look at snow covered peaks around the fjord. Felt welcomed into their home. Our hosts attended quietly to every detail to make our stay what worked for us. Hospitality was genuine. Created special boat trip which worked for us. Brought along hot juice to warm our hands, as well as to enjoy. Great hikes, wildlife. Saw reindeer, minke whales, and variety of birds. Rooms are beautifully appointed, as well as functional. View from each room across the fjord. Wonderful home cooked meals. Highlight of our three week trip to Norway. We will go again.

OMG!!!! Amazing !!!! Fantastic lodge on a charming little island inhabited by a community of only 20 people.
Let's start from the logde: very nice and clean, despite being surrounded by nature.
From the large windows that make up the wall opposite the entrance, you have a wonderful view of the sea with the mountains in the background: not to mention the reindeer that come to graze right in front of the lodge!
The owners Sven and his wife are very warm and friendly and are happy to tell you what life is like on a magical island like this.
As well as providing all the information and support needed for excursions on the glacier and around the island.
Another very suggestive moment is dinner on a table shared with the other guests of the structure.
Obviously the typical services that are provided by these latitudes such as sauna, whirlpool and massages could not be missing.
And with a bit of luck, at night you can admire a small taste of the northern lights even in summer, although the best time is between February and March and between September and October.
For the time you spend on this island you will feel right out of this world.

This is an amazing place, so peaceful, views from room & Lodge great, food exceptional ( we had breakfast & dinner). Svein & Aud made us very welcome. Despite the unseasonable weather we saw the Northern Lights three out of the four nights we were there. |Cabin rooms were spacious, comfortable & the bathroom facilities good. |Daily check if room needed cleaning etc. |if you wish too book the activities choice & the spa are fine. We opted for a restful time which was greatly enjoyed. | Meals all severed at one table and we were very fortunate with the other guests, which made the break even better.|Strongly recommend this Lodge.

We stayed three days at Artic Panorama Lodge. As we arrived Christmas Eve we were picked up by our host Svein personally by boat. We will never forget the marvellous experience we had. The kitchen was superb, including local specialities such as lingelberry sauce or elk. Similarly the food was haven for all tastes and preferences, including vegan. We stayed in a cabin and had a wonderful view to the fjord and lake. The rooms were clean, cozy, and large. The staff and owner of the Lodge always made us feel welcomed by sharing their local knowledge and stories about living near the artic. It was due to them that we had a wonderful Christmas. Also, we went on a whale-watching trip where the effort to spot whales was rewarded. In addition to activties, there is always chances to rest, e.g. with a outside jaccuzi, the sauna, or massage treatments. We will forever remain grateful to Artic Panorama Lodge, which is a haven for all wildlife enthusiasts. Thank you Svein, familiy, and staff.
