Lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación pero muy descuidado. La limpieza es superficial. Pongo fotos de cómo me encontré el apartamento. Se echa en falta un microondas y una tostadora. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción que tardaron casi dos días en arreglarlo. El colchón del sofá estaba manchado. La televisión inservible los mandos. Si vuelvo a Oslo ni por asomo me quedaré aquí.

Appartamento spazioso su due piani con letto sul soppalco oppure divano letto al secondo piano. Pulito, comodo e accessoriato per poter prepararsi la colazione o i pasti in casa; la posizione è ottima, di fronte è presente una delle migliori bakery della città e a pochi minuti a piedi troviamo il mercato di Mathallen ( food hall ) e tutti i principali mezzi per arrivare comodamente in centro. Molto comodo anche con bimbi piccoli, a 5 minuti a piedi troviamo ben due parchi giochi e la zona è molto tranquilla.

Absolutely not recommended. The property cancelled our confirmed reservation just 2 days before arrival due to overbooking. Although the reservation was sold as "non-refundable" (meaning the customer loses 100% in case of cancellation), when the property cancelled, they took no responsibility for wasted flight and bus tickets.

Complete lack of professionalism and double standards - the customer must adhere to the "non-refundable" terms, but the property doesn't. We lost money on tickets and wasted our planned vacation. Booking.com also refuses to take responsibility. Strongly advise against booking - you can't rely on a reservation even months in advance.

06.2024//The accommodation is split on 3 levels ( so you have a lot of space for the luggage): at ground floor is the entrance, kitchen and the bathroom; to access the first floor where the bed is you have to go up a flight of normal stairs, which ok as access, but the wood being painted, they seemed a bit slippery to me, so I recommend to take them down carefully; on the third level you have another sofa bed, accessible via a narrow stairs which are a little bit tricky if you are not a teenager, and for this reason it was not a problem for us.

We stayed in 311, the room was situated at the 3rd floor, the access is by elevator; it was very quiet because the windows were facing the inner courtyard and not the main street.
The bed was very comfortable, the accommodation was extremely clean, and for me this is the most important of all, and 100% equipped with absolutely everything and 100% functional.

The location was perfect, it takes you 20 minutes on foot to reach the promenade area of the port; at the same time, in front of the building there is a tram station.

Regrettably, my experience at this apartment hotel left me quite disappointed.

The bed was situated in a loft, accessible via a steep and narrow second flight of stairs, and there are pipes near the pillows.

This arrangement makes it quite challenging, and honestly, a bit risky, to navigate to the bathroom, which is two flights down, especially during the night. Additionally, there are no lights in the loft where the bed is located.

While I had seen the photos before booking, they didn't reveal the steep and narrow nature of the second flight of stairs.

The sofa bed on the mezzanine floor was also not good. It was uncomfortable, and the mattress was not clean.

Further - The bathroom had only one partially filled soap dispenser; there were no shampoos or hand soaps available. I didn't use the kitchen, so I can't provide feedback on that.

Check-in was also problematic because the assigned code didn't work initially, requiring me to call the property owner for a code reset. The only aspects that met my expectations were the location and cleanliness.

In my opinion, the price was quite steep for what was offered, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
