Kjempe flott beliggenhet ved sjøen. Trim får man i trappene. Kan være litt glatt når det stormer ute.

The apartment is located a little bit outside of Trondheim and has an amazing view. It is quite difficult to reach it as you have to park by the road and go down some really steep and slippery steps. The ground floor with the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom was really nice, cozy and warm, but the first floor with the two bedrooms was cold.

Well, first things first, to get there you have to park by the road, then you have to go down over 50 stairs(so every time you leave the house you have to go up those stairs! And they are not easy.), and the period we went there there was snow/ice everywhere, yes it was shovelled somewhat but there was Still ice. You get to the house, which is fine, but it is a 2-story house, and the heat is only on the first floor, and the 2nd floor where the bedrooms were cold. Also, we had a ranch bed for the 5th member, and it was upstairs, closed and we had to open it and put the sheets on. It would be OK if there was room to open the ranch.. so the 5th slept on the sofa. This takes us to the clean part I want to mention. Behind the pillows of the sofa, there were used tissue papers, we don't want to know what the use of them was, the floor was somewhat dirty with stains, the bathroom smelled like someone didn't flush the toilet. All and all it was a fine experience living there.
The view is was is worth the money.

Une des plus belle vue avec une grande terrasse bien équipé, l'appartement est tout aussi bien équipé avec un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
Seul point négatif, les chambres et l'insonorisation si vous avez des voisins bruyant.

Petit bonus pour les pêcheurs, nous avons pêcher des Aiglefins depuis la terrasse avec un de plus de 3kg qui a fait notre repas du soir.

Eine Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer mit wundervollem Blick über den Fjord!

Sie ist ausgestattet für 4 Personen mit perfekter Küche. Die Unterbringungs- und Verstaumöglichkeiten für Gepäck sind sehr knapp - beschränken! Aufgrund der Treppenanlage runter zum Fjord für Gehbehinderte-/Rollstuhlfahrer nicht (!) geeignet!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig für Trondheimtouren!

Good things first. You have a wonderful view over the fjord and the furnishing is modern. The terrace is desinged beautifully and has a lot of space for big groups of people. The kitchen is equiped well and you'll find everything you'll need. The contact with the host was nice and friendly.
But you have to make your way down and carry all your baggage over a long stairway. If you have trouble climbing up steep stairs this could bei a problem for you. As we arrived there were some moldy flowers in a glass on the floor and a bad smell was coming out of the drain from the washing machine.
If you are a overweight person or have trouble walking, the shaky and tight spiral staircase wich leads to the bedrooms upstairs will also be a problem for you.
Unfortunately the wifi connection is so bad that it was nearly useless.
We didn't sleep so well because the big matress is overlapping the bed and if you are closer to the edge you'll feel like falling out of the bed. Also if your turning yourself around at night your partner will be bounced around on the matress a lot. The other beds were uncomfortable also.

Definitely really no recommendation. Booking and payment 3 months in advance, cancellation due to "overbooking" 20 hours before arrival. No fun in high season when no more accommodation can be found.
