El apartamento no dispone de cosas tan básicas como un cepillo para mantener limpio el suelo, no tiene cafetera (tuve que comprar una), tostador, etc. En el la ducha se sale el agua por todas partes y no hay nada para poder recogerla. El lavabo es tan pequeño que no puedes ni afeitarte. La cocina no nos funcionaba y el teléfono de avisos que figuraba en el apartamento no funcionaba o estaba apagado. La habitación es claustrofóbica, sin ventana ni sitio para acceder a la cama. Mala experiencia, no sé lo recomendaría a alguien mínimamente exigente.

Impeccably clean and comfortable. Great locatio, 20 min walk to university, 5 minutes to great shops and restaurants and bakeries. The only concern I had was lack of communication. There is a phone number on their google map but is not in service, they don’t answer their emails either. Emailed them to see if we can get an extra pillow and bedding, also to figure out how to pick the balcony door ( European lock, unfamiliar to American travellers), no answer at all. A simple “no, we don’t provide extra pillows “ would have sufficed.

Appartamento relativamente economico per Oslo. Posizione non centrale, ma centro raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi o anche a piedi con un po più di tempo (20-30 minuti). Quartiere tranquillo. Appartamento con tutte le facilities anche se un po piccolo, ma, tutto sommato, quello che serve. C'è anche un piccolo balcone che da sul retro dell'edificio. Facile entrare con le key boxes. Esperienza positiva.

Very nice B and B, large studio fully equipped as a live-in apartment. Easy to get to and get the key. About 5 blocks from a well stocked small market. Sleeps 2. Large bathroom. Roof deck. Balcony. Secure place to stay. Very clean at check in. Large living room/sleeping area. Nice kitchens. Missing some cutlery and dishes.

Séjour convenable, mais je ne recommanderais pas The Apartments Company.

Points positifs :
- Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (frigo, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge…).

- Fournitures très pratiques mises à disposition (produits vaisselle, dosettes de lessive).

Points négatifs :

- Un souci signalé dès l’arrivée avec le réfrigérateur (bruit important permanent), jamais réglé malgré nos demandes. Nous avons dû l’éteindre/rallumer plusieurs fois par jour.

- Pas de balai, aucun moyen de nettoyer le sol.

- Salle de bain mal conçue, lavabo minuscule (si on ouvre trop le robinet, l’eau va directement au sol).

- Chambre sans fenêtre ni décoration, il faut pas être claustrophobe ! Lit collé au mur. Pas beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements.

- Appartement en rez-de-jardin alors que nous avions demandé un étage élevé ; la vue dépend de la chance (jardin ou parking avec vis-à-vis direct). Chaises extérieures inutilisables (abimées prêtes à casser).

On sent que les appartements en hauteurs sont de meilleures qualités.

Very clean and quite comfortable little unit and everything worked including the internet. The only thing is I am not a great fan of one side of the bed being against the wall. It was about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the light rail and there are a few places to eat that are close by. A quick warning about parking. The machine does not issue a ticket so you don't know if it worked or not and actually how much parking you have. Got booked the second day 600 krone because I was trying to check that the time I put in was correct and somehow cancelled the parking, and did not know.

Avtale om innsjekking kl 15 men kom oss ikke inn. Prøvde å ringe resepsjonen men ingen tok telefonen. Fikk beskjed av vaskehjelpa at rommet ikke var klart men fikk satt inn bagasjen. Kl. 18.30 fikk vi melding om hvordan vi kunne komme inn på rommet med koder og nøkler.

Perfektes Apartment um sich in Oslo selbst zu versorgen und die Stadt zu Fuß und mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erkunden.
Sauber, praktisch und top ausgestattet.
Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend. Endlich einmal viel Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe. Wir konnten problemlos für 4 Personen kochen.
Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und es ist sehr war warm durch die Fußbodenheizung.
Ein besonderes Gimmick: wir hatten eine Dachterrasse. Das war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst und somit eine tolle Überraschung.
Der Blick fantastisch über die Dächer von Oslo bis zum Holmenkollen.
Das einzige was zu beanstanden ist: das Lüftungssystem im Gebäude ist speziell. Wenn jemand in einem anderen Apartment kocht zieht der Geruch in die Schlafzimmer. Wir haben erst am 4. Tag entdeckt das es Lüftungsrohre gibt die man schließen kann.
Somit hatten wir dann noch Nächte ohne Küchengeruch.
