The location of this hotel to the airport is brilliant. Just 6 minutes on a regular shuttle bus made this a great location for a business meeting for our team who are all around Europe.||The rooms were small and relatively basic, but clean and with enough storage for a short stay. We stayed for 2 nights. ||The rooms were very hot, so I did have to ask for a fan. The shower also was facing the door of the shower which seemed a bit odd, so the water just poured straight under the door and flooded the bathroom a bit. But the shower itself was powerful.||The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days so if you want to have it done more often you need to speak to reception. ||We did have a meal in the restaurant which had been pre-booked for 11 of us. ||The food was fabulous. The waitress was…. Unique. She made a lot of people feel a bit uncomfortable when asking for drinks. ||There’s not much in the way of amenities nearby but ideal for an overnight stay. ||We used the business conference rooms as part of our business stay. And these were perfectly set up for what we needed. ||The room did get freezing cold but the staff quickly switched off the air con for us. ||Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Location isn't bad but still a 10 min uphill walk, with your luggage. Using keyless website link to open door isn't a bad idea, but only if it works. I had to try many times to enter my room, sometimes very frustrating standing at the corridor. Another big concern is wifi security, my phone keeps alerting me off someone casting their phone to the TV screen, it is very annoying as I had to find way to skip this alert. In other words, they could also see me ! As an IT person myself, the wifi router is less than the minimum configuration for security.

We chose this property due to its location by the airport. There is a bus that will take you to and from Oslo's airport that comes at least every 1/2 hour. The room was small, but had everything an American tourist would want. The breakfast, however, was unbelievable. They put on a fresh spread that was absolutely fantastic, and we ended up having a hamburger there our last night. SOOOOO good! We would highly recommend this choice to any traveller that uses their hotel to sleep and shower, and then gets out and about to see the sights!

Nice location - near to train station and main shopping streets, spacious room for a family of 4, very satisfied with the facilities available. There is no reception so mainly you are communicating through WhatsApp but the responses were very quick.  Please ensure you have data as you will need to open doors with the app.  Highly recommend this place

Bob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

Location is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon. Really value for money in Oslo!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus City Hotel for 2 nights and then a single night a few days later (after returning from Copenhagen). I would have given the Hotel a 5 Rating based on the 2 night stay. However, the single night stay was not so good.||||I was visiting Oslo for sightseeing and was on my own, so booked a single room.||||My first room was perfect for what I needed. It was a single, but was roomy enough for me and was clean and had everything I needed (Tea/Coffee making facilities, TV, safe, Free Wifi (which was perfect for what I needed to do... checking places to visit on my phone, listening to podcasts/ radio). The bed was very comfy and was bigger than a standard single bed.||||The bathroom was again very clean and had a heated floor and a walk in shower.||||My room (401) overlooked the back of the hotel and was very quiet.||||However, on my second stay, I had room 601, which was roomy and with a bigger bathroom. Again the room was very clean and equipped with every thing I needed (although there was no safe in this room). The Wifi was not working in this room, which I did highlight to a member of staff (I am not sure if this was a temporary fault or that the Wifi does not reach the 6th Floor...... ).||||The main issue with this room, was that it overlooked the front of the hotel and you can hear the Trams and other noises from the streets. There is also building work going on opposite the hotel (which they do warn you about) and this was also very noisy in the day (although, I was out most of the day).||||It took me 5 mins to walk to the central train station and there are tram and metro stops a short walk from the hotel. The main shopping street is about 50m from the front door and there are a number of bars and places to eat within a short walk. I walked to the DFDS Ferry Terminal in 20mins.||||Breakfast was nice, with a selection of hot and cold items, including Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled egg, Beans etc (buffet Style).||||Staff were friendly and helpful.||||I would definitely stay at the Best Western again, if I visit Oslo, as it is very central to the transport links and has everything I needed. However, I would ask for a room which does not overlook the front of the hotel.
