We had a difficulty getting in as we never received the code as promised. Just make sure you have it before you reach the place and if not, then they will send it to you if you call the support line.

The apartment is very clean, cosy and warm with comfortable furniture and bedding, but absolutely only the minimum is provided. There is just one bed cover and pillow per person, whereas 2 per person would be preferred. There are some important amenities that are missing, which would greatly improve our stay: foot mat in the bathroom, hooks behind doors and bathroom to let your tower dray off, shower gel, shampoo, extra garbage bags , a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags, basic condiments in the kitchen. Would be nice if they provided the basics as you may arrive very late at night and would like to have something to drink at night or in the morning before heading out.

Excellent location even though there is some temporary construction right outside that will disturb your sleep in the morning. We did not experience any noise from music as other reviews say as everything was closing by midnight. We travelled end of November.

Fuimos a pasar varios días a Tromsø y elegimos el apartamento de 3 habitaciones (pero íbamos solo 2 personas). El alojamiento está bien pero podría estar mejor. No creo que tenga tamaño para alojar a 5 personas. Cosas buenas: ubicación céntrica, limpio, camas cómodas, cocina relativamente equipada, muy buen wifi, smart TV, secador de pelo, buenas calefacciones (viajamos en noviembre). Cosas malas: cortina de ducha asquerosa, no hay armarios ni ganchos para colgar nada (solo percherona en la entrada), en la cocina falta un microondas y una tostadora. Las almohadas son muy incómodas. Horno sucio por dentro. No hay gel de ducha ni alfombrilla de pies.

Ровно перед окнами апартаментов располагается бар. В среду было тихо. В четверг громкая музыка (реально как будто ты в клубе) до 1:00 и еще потом час пока все шумно разойдутся, в пятницу и субботу я так понимаю ещё хуже...
Кроме того улицу сейчас ремонтируют и тяжёлая дорожная техника начинает работать в 7:30
В общем говорить о комфорте не приходится
В качестве кондиционера в апартаментах дыра в стене, через которую в том числе шум идёт
В ванной нет шампуня
На кухне нет чая
Кровать удобная
Расположение хорошее )))

Excellently maintained house near the sea and the excellent shops. They were not allowed inside the house because we went early then actual check in time otherwise all is well with it.

Gut gelegen, leider nicht die besprochenen Einzelbetten und die Dusche muss repariert werden, sonst alles cool und sauber👍
